kelly cavner, artist Hello! My name is Kelly Cavner, and I have been creating art for as long as I can remember—basically since I could pick up a pencil! This is my talent and passion. I received scholarships from Pratt Art Institute in Brooklyn, New York and the Kansas City Art Institute, and I have won several awards for my fine art and graphic design work. I am well-versed in a variety of mediums, but my favorites are painting in oils and illustrating with graphite and pen & ink. I am also a professional graphic designer. Clients and employers have included the University of Kansas, Gear for Sports®, Coca-Cola®, the Boy Scouts, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame + Museum, Childbirth Choices, and more. I also make and sell jewelry and enjoy mentoring children by giving art lessons. fine art gallery Most of my paintings, though not all, are oil on wood. I especially love figurative and portraiture work. (New pieces coming soon!) Illustrating—and writing— children's stories is also a favorite pastime. Most of my artwork is for sale and prices are noted*—please contact me if interested in purchasing. *Prices do not include shipping costs.
